“MASTER OF SALES” TRAINING HELD AT ALMA CREDIT

The Alma Credit microfinance company continues to improve the professional skills of its staff - company employees took part in the “Master of Sales” training. During the training, employees improved their knowledge about the process of making a decision on obtaining a loan by a client, they learned how to properly build a consultation process to allow clients to get the maximum of useful information and critically weigh their decision.
