Bonds are placed by open sale to individuals - residents and non-residents of the Kyrgyz Republic. Operations on placement, payment of interest income, as well as repayment of bonds are made without the presentation of identity documents by individuals, except for cases stipulated by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. Bonds are issued in electronic form (in the form of records on an electronic register). Accounting and storage of the bondholders register is maintained by the independent registrar LLC “Medina”. The bonds yield will be paid quarterly by the underwriter LLC "Askoinvest" in cash or via transfer to card or bank account after filling out a form for paying interest on purchased bonds.
